The crown is to know. Cognition, self knowledge.
The picture of the eye is on the third eye chakra, representing vision and insight. To see, intuition, self reflection.
Cleanse is on the throat chakra. You cleanse yourself by speaking your truth, self expression, honest communication. Authentic self.
The word “Balance” is on the heart chakra representing a “loving” choice point. (centre chakra) To love, self acceptance. When you are truly vibrating on the christ consciousness level, 6th density, the love you “are” automatically balances every moment perfectly.
Realign is on the solar plexus which deals with your will, your will power to realign to your highest excitement. To act, power, self definition.
Let go, is on the sacral which deals with “feelings” and pleasure and is blocked by guilt. Hence why this is where we “let it go.”
Root or base chakra is where you ground and “release” the unwanted energy into the earth, release what is not yours, mother earth recycles the energy. The base represents “to be here” survival, self preservation.
Knowing, I cleanse, balance, realign.
